All rates are per room per night on a bed and breakfast basis.

Check in on the day of arrival from 3.00 pm until 6.00pm unless by prior arrangement.

Please give your estimated time of arrival once you know your travel arrangements.

RESERVATION TERMS

All prices quoted are per room, per day. Upon the acceptance of a booking, Two Beaches may require either a deposit equal to the value of the first night of the reservation or payment of the total price quoted in order to retain the room. The deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled within seven days of the reservation except in the case of cancellation by Two Beaches for the reasons contained in clause 1.8. You may pay your final account by credit or debit card. (Most cards accepted)

CANCELLATIONS

These will be charged for if we are unable to re-book the rooms. Therefore, we do recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover such an event.

We are a totally non - smoking bed and breakfast.

We regret we are unable to accommodate pets and children under the age of 8 years.
